How to Shop
Using the NCA Store is simple. Browse the catalog, then click 'Order Now' when
you're ready to buy.
Payment
Payment is only accepted with a credit card at the time the order is placed.
Cash, check, faxes, mail-in forms, phone orders, purchase orders and invoices
are not accepted. If you need an invoice with your order, please indicate this in
the 'Notes' section of the order and you will be sent one promptly.
Taxes and Shipping
Taxes for NCA publications have already been applied and will not factor into
your purchase. We offer Ground and Three-Day Delivery only. Shipping is
based on the final price of your purchase.
Please note that Three-Day Delivery does not include weekends. Depending on
the time of day the order is placed, your order may not be shipped by NCA's
fulfillment center until the following day. Please e-mail ncastore@yahoo.com if
you have any concerns.
Store Hours
Orders are not filled on weekends, federal holidays, during the NCA Annual
Convention and between December 23 - January 2. Orders can be made online
at any time but they will only be processed during regular NCA office hours,
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m, Eastern time.
Please note that if an order is placed after 4 p.m. on Fridays, it will not
be processed until Monday morning.
Return Policies
• Returns are only accepted for damaged products. All damaged products must
be sent to the address below within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for an
exchange.
• No returns will be accepted for misordered or overstock orders.
